You need the Haloween Basket to collect the candies:

Here are the candies:

Look through the Binoculars in the cove.

Click the body of the scare crow.

Click the green puffle and answer the riddle. (Letter D)

Click the eye of the fish.

It’s near the life ring.

Click it twice.

Click the bowl of candies and there is a candy inside.

Click it and it will go to the bottom right of your screen.

Hello Penguins!

Cp staff have finally fixed the Find Four, Sled race, and Mancala! Woo hoo!!!! But the main thing I’m happy about is that Cp staff just fixed it in time. If they didn’t then the Anniversary Party would have to be rescheduled if there was a connection lost.
